We’ve launched the first slots, the best table games, copious new game types and lately, we’ve been blinkered on developing the inaugural Guaranteed Fair virtual racing game in Raceday Horses.
A crowd favourite across the world in both high street betting shops and the igaming sector, virtual racing will be a valuable addition to our growing stable of varied, high-quality casino content across a growing number of genres.
Raceday Horses allows players to first choose from one of eight horses in each race, many of which were gratefully inspired by and sourced from the FunFair community, so head to the game now to see if your submissions feature.
These will all race at various aptly-named racecourses such as ‘Cryptowood’ and ‘Ethsom’ across a number of the biggest crypto races in the calendar, such as the ‘Funtucky Derby’ and the ‘Camden Cup’.
Delivering our usual varied game features, three bet types are on offer: to win outright and to place either in the top two or top three, with the latest odds in fractional or decimal easily tracked alongside the horses name and changing from race to race.
If it’s not a players’ lucky day or they don’t fancy what the form guides are saying, they can simply skip to the next race and wait for their favourite horse to come around again.
Then comes the off with the horses launching out of the starting gates and galloping down the fully-branded FunFair track in immersive 3D. With an intuitive tracking system that visualises the current race order by position and distance along with where wagers lie, players can cheer them on clearly and in real-time right up to the finishing post.
Meanwhile, those who may have more faith in their picks can simply ‘fast forward’ to the end of the race or use the ‘quick play’ feature to keep their stakes rolling over.
Geoff Scaplehorn, Games Producer, stated “Raceday Horses is yet another landmark launch for our games team and from community feedback, it’s one of our most hotly anticipated releases for a while.
“With fully 3D visuals, a realistic betting offering, engaging race engine and the added fun of some of our playful and community-sourced racehorse and track names, we’re sure this, along with our future ‘Raceday’ titles will be a big winner for all.”
Raceday Horses will be the first in a lineage of virtual titles, more on which we’ll announce in due course but as you can expect from FunFair, these could follow the traditional route or there could be some never-seen-before virtual titles coming down the track.
